The academy's Director of Coaching Jose Luis Ramirez creator of BSA Methodology is a Licensed UEFA Pro Coach, certified Technical Director with a degree in Physical Education. He is a Barcelona native with over 30 years of coaching experience that has coached such teams as, Gimnastic de Tarragona a second division Pro Spanish Club, Al Sadd SC, Remo Stars FC and assisted Malta First Division.
