Founded in 1975, we are a London based architectural design and build practice renowned for characterful and high-quality architecture.CZWG has a long history of quality design. Our architecture has been widely recognised within the industry and our designs have been the recipient of numerous architectural, housing and regeneration awards. In 2018, Historic England listed six CZWG buildings for their contribution to postmodern architecture.Our approach is inspired by context and genuine collaboration with clients and end-users. We pride ourselves on our experience and understanding of the planning process and requirements. We are specialists at unlocking the viability of tricky sites within statutory guidelines and creating value through design, quality of accommodation and optimising density and site efficiencies. Using design to anchor new neighbourhoods and homes to their surrounding local context can enrich an area and evoke a strong visual identity to which people respond.
