International Underwater Explorations LLC, is developing visualization and analysis technology for ocean resource management. The founder, Joe Breman, is an oceanographer and information technology integrator. IUE creates customized 3D software applications with multiple layers of Geospatial Information. IUE provides tools to help people and organizations move from data warehousing, to information management, with decision support tools related to the ocean, energy and conservation industries. The IUE Internet delivery approach allows access by multiple distributed users which is important where providing transparency and monitoring capabilities to a larger public is important. This approach can also be used for land projects, seafloor survey, monitoring and development, situating wind energy projects, agricultural planning, hazard mitigation, disaster management, defense and security.
