A child and adolescent psychiatrist treats a wide variety of biologic illnesses and psychologic challenges of children and their families. My treatment approaches are multimodal encompassing conventional psychopharmacologic and psychotherapy modalities as well as less conventional modalities such as quantitative EEGs, referenced EEGs, neurofeedback, meditation, osteopathic manipulative therapy, ontologic process and others. My goal is to provide a biopsychosocial understanding of your child's/family's difficulties and offer a range of treatment options. I will discuss the options with your family and answer questions to the best of my ability. At times I may refer your family to other practitioners for services or treatment. My goal is to create an environment for learning and healing for our clients, staff, and community. Using technologically advanced methods of treatment and service, we integrate traditional and innovative approaches conducted by highly skilled professionals. We draw upon the latest research seeking new standards of practice to restore mind, body, and spirit to those we serve.
