The hands-on experience of our senior staff enables us to bring a special perspective to our assignments.We were the first woman-owned business to become a prime Project Management Oversight Consultant for the Federal Transit Administration. In this role, since 2004, we have been overseeing federal expenditures for New Jersey Transit's multi-billion dollar capital program and the construction of an $800 million commuter railroad in North Carolina.We are a U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) graduate and an SDB/DBE/WBE firm in more than 25 jurisdictions.
