It has become the norm to live on our nerves but for each of us to to truly reach our full potential we need to make time for stillness, rest and recuperation. We need to come back to ourselves and find the our ground and rest within for a while so we can reach out again.MMM is a holistic practice which offers a range of options to help clients manage their lifestyle. Each individual needs to find their own way to inner peace and my practice offers different options to meet these different needs: - life coaching - personal practice training, yoga, chi kung and meditation - individual therapies including Thai Massage and Reiki.
