I am a licensed and qualified HCPC accredited practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health. I work with adolescents (13 years and upwards), adults, parents, families and groups. I have years of clinical experience in the assessment, management and treatment of individuals with severe, enduring and complex mental health issues. I have worked in diverse NHS mental health settings, including early intervention psychosis services, crisis intervention and community adult and adolescent mental health services. I am a specialist in the fields of self-harm and suicide. For the past four years, I have worked with individuals in crisis who have presented at hospital for self-harm, overdoses or suicidal attempts. I am competent in being able to safely assess, manage and contain individuals presenting with complex and challenging behaviours who are at high risk to themselves or others. I am also skilled in a range of mental health issues which include, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, social phobia, personality difficulties, stress, trauma, self-esteem issues, Autism, Aspergers, ADD, ADHD, anger, bullying, relationship difficulties, work or school-related stress and mental health issues. I provide online therapeutic coaching to individual teens (13 to 18 years of age), young adults and adults and help their parents and families feel supported. I also provide email support, online individual and group consultancy services to professionals and frontline staff. I deliver training and workshops promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing.
