Wir von ALN stehen für intelligente Architektur, durchdachte Planungslösungen und nachhaltiges Bauen. Dabei verbinden wir globales Denken mit lokalen Ansätzen. Für uns steht dabei ein interdisziplinärer Ansatz im Vordergrund: Denn Planung, Beratung und Bauen bedingen sich gegenseitig und sind eng miteinander verbunden. Dabei ist insbesondere die Rolle des Nutzers von zentraler Bedeutung und die damit verbundenen Bedürfnisse stehen bei unseren Überlegungen immer im Mittelpunkt. Unser internationales Team besteht aus rund 50 Mitarbeitern: Interdisziplinär, multikulturell und hervorragend ausgebildet. Dies prägt unsere Arbeitsweise und Zusammenarbeit. Uns ist Teamwork und eine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre sehr wichtig. Daher unterstützen und ergänzen wir uns gegenseitig. Denn wir wissen: Spaß an der Arbeit, kollegiale Zusammenarbeit und persönliche Anerkennung sind die Basis für Kreativität, Inspiration, Zufriedenheit und individuelle Weiterentwicklung.
