The Feminist Institute is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to collecting, digitizing and contextualizing the rich history of feminist art, humanities, politics and business and making them globally accessible. The Feminist Institute's mission is to bring Feminist pioneers to the forefront, so that artists, writers, politicians and humanitarians can be celebrated in the context of the current consciousness. We are focused on Feminist pioneers from the 1960s onward in an effort to create a broad platform for education. To achieve our goal, we have three central pillars: cultural programming, a virtual educational platform, and a physical home within institutions.
