By cultivating food safety knowledge through applied research, extension, and outreach, the Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University (IFS@CU) is helping the food industry meet federal regulatory requirements and produce safe products. Located in the fabulous Finger Lakes, the IFS@CU operates out of Cornell AgriTech at the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, NY.
