As a community organizer, i work with neighborhood residents to fix problems in their community. I find leadership in the neighborhood by motivating others. I teach residents how to run neighborhood meetings, phone call for upcoming meetings, and how to get their goals accomplished. I organize neighborhood meetings with residents who expressed concerns in their area. I Canvass neighborhood areas and talk with residents about their concerns and what they can do to take action for something they believe in.
