We teach the Christian martial art Neshamat Elohim. This is an eclectic style consisting of Matsumura Seito Shorin Ryu, Kenpo, TKD and Judo. This style came about from a vision given to Steven Pinder while at Shady Grove Church in Grand Prairie, TX. I have helped Master Pinder formulate this art over the past 7 years. We have classes for 4-6 yrs, 7-13 and adults. We use TACTIX for our martial art fitness classes that are taught 3 days a week.We also use C.O.B.R.A. for our self defense system. This is a reality based system created by Chris Sutton who is a former Police Officer in Florida, boot camp instructor and prison guard.
