The Jungian institute- Rump Academy for DepthPsychology is a private postgraduate institute, located in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. It is founded in 1990 and it is recognized as a leader in the field of revaluing the depth psychology, including spreading the ideas of Prof. dr. C.G. Jung.The Rump Academy is the first and only that offers a four-year training course in depth psychology, in which the visions and theories in the field of analytical methods from Freud to the present have been integrated. The concepts of depth psychology resulting from this long development are the core of the program. These ideas, such as the importance of the Dissociated consciousness with the symbols, the energetic forces and the recognition of the dynamic interplay between the two parts in the human psyche, are integrated in the training course Analytic Therapy.On the basis of current relevant research, the theory is constantly developed and complemented, and in doing so the institute offers a special contribution in the field of depth psychology.
