At that time we had to educate homeowners on how the process could even be accomplished. After working with the traditional plumbing business model for several years, in the mid-90s we created a unique business model that was designed to specifically counteract the built-in problems inherent in most plumbing businesses. Our goal was to accomplish high quality repipes on a consistent basis.
