Bill Beaumont Textiles specialises in traditional and contemporary fabrics for use in window coverings and upholstery. We supply to the trade only and our key customers are leading and independent retailers, in addition to manufacturers and interior designers. Our fabric is supplied by the roll and in cut lengths, and our custom made service – Made For You – provides our retail customers with the ability to offer high quality bespoke curtains and blinds at competitive prices. The Company is named after former England rugby player and Question of Sport captain Bill Beaumont. When Bill played rugby in the 1970s and 80s, it was an amateur sport so unlike the stars of today, he had to have a normal job. When he left school he joined the family textile business, which he eventually bought from the family in 1998, and played rugby locally for Fylde Rugby Club where he progressed to play for Lancashire, the Barbarians, England and the Lions. The Company is now part of the Alguthmi Group of Companies and is run by Bill's eldest son, Daniel.
