Emergency Ultrasound Consultants, LLC (EUC) trains and helps credential physicians, nurses and healthcare providers to safely incorporate diagnostic ultrasound into their daily medical practice in the specialties of Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Nursing and Anesthesia.Founded in 2001 by Paul Sierzenski, MD, RDMS; one of the worldʼs original Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship graduate. EUC, lead by Dr. Sierzenski and his team train others use clinical bedside ultrasound for patient care and risk reduction.By 2011, we will have expanded to nearly 25 expert faculty with directors in Emergency Ultrasound, Pediatric Emergency Ultrasound, Critical Care Ultrasound, Anesthesia Ultrasound, Nursing, Vascular Access and Corporate Group Clients. In total, our faculty has co-authored every major ACEP, ABEM, SAEM, CORD-EM, AAEM, AIUM and SCCM policy on point-of-care ultrasound.Trough our Virtual Ultrasound Director (VUD) Program we aid hospitals and groups with longitudinal education to gain hospital credentials by meeting established national guidelines in emergency/point-of-care ultrasound. This is through a series of services that are custom tailored to the client's needs including image peer review, live webinars and mentoring/consulting. Our VUD program is powered through web image transfer by Ultralinq and Adobe Connect 8.Finally we have supporting high fidelity educational products that match our educational courses and services including ultrasound billing and ROI.
