The main focus of the company is to provide the client with the following service to enable the client to save time and money in the following manner: • Cost effective Professional services & Planning – layout plans are planned in such a way that service reticulation is limited to the absolute minimum. This aspect by itself will have a saving of thousands of rand on the provision of basic services to a proposed township. • Personalised service – personal service is the key to the success of the personal relationship between the client and the town planner. This will have the effect that the exact needs of the client can be accommodated with in a project, as long as it is within good town planning principles. The client will thus also be up to date with what is going on in the town planning process and in what face the proposed project is when he require such information. • Time – Ideal Consulting Town & Regional Planners believe in the fact that if all participants in a project have delivered their inputs in a proposed layout plan before the plan is submitted to the local authority, the whole process to approval will be so much faster. Due to the multi-disciplinary approach of the company, many of the work are being done internally, such as the Geo-technical investigations, Flood line certifications, Environmental Impact Assessments. Other services available are Property Valuation, Land Surveying, Architectural Services and Engineering services.
