Wittit is a new college campus exclusive marketplace that is dedicated to empowering students by connecting them to their community and to each other in a way that fundamentally improves their college experience as well as the community that supports them.The first version of our app shows students all of the rental properties available to them near campus and allows them to contact property managers directly within the app. We also connect students who are looking for roommates and allow them to safely chat within the app as well as connect students to all of the fraternity and sorority houses on campus!Our business model allows us to show and connect students to EVERY property available to them where competitors only show a select few. This gives us a strong competitive advantage. We pair this with giving students the abilities to find and chat with potential roommates within the application giving them a safe and secure way to find a roommate who goes to their school.We also empower students by allowing them to rate and review their rental properties, helping to ensure their peers are not taken advantage of by predatory landlords.
