ObraLink is a new construction tech platform, generating real saving for construction projects. At ObraLink we combine technologies such as BIM, computer vision, thermography and lidar --merged in a patented methodology-- to automatically detect and measure concrete poured, formwork installed, and reinforcements in real-time. In doing so, the construction companies have access -- without any human intervention in the data collected-- to the project progress, the control of concrete strength on thousands of points to speed up the formwork stage, KPIs for productivity and project performance, and so on. All the above displayed in the BIM context. Through ObraLink's implementation, the construction companies can get saving up to 10% of the total concreting stage costs (For example, for a 15,000 m2 building, the savings might be greater than US$200k).ObraLink is a SpA company founded in Chile in February 2019. Its subsidiary, ObraLink Limited, was founded in the UK in August 2019. Currently, ObraLink is monitoring projects in Chile and Spain.
