Jeffry Burchard, AIA and Stephanie Randazzo Dwyer, AIA were named Principals in 2015. The firm's commitment to excellence is reflected in its organization and structure. Most recently, Jorge Silvetti was the individual recipient of the 2018 AIA/ACSA Topaz Medallion for Architectural Education and Jeffry Burchard was a recipient of the 2020 AIA Young Architects Award.
