Our team was founded by Kendra Svanum Bishop in 2007 along with her parents, Ken and Dana Svanum. The team was built around our passion for our clients and we pride ourselves on providing a client-centric experience to everyone we work with.Today, we are comprised of agents and administrative professionals, with a combined 60 years of real estate experience, who bring professionalism, integrity, and personality to every listing, buyer, and escrow. Through our marketing strategy, streamlined transaction coordination, and unparalleled expertise, we have been able to help hundreds of buyers, sellers, relocators, and investors throughout the Sacramento Valley accomplish their real estate goals.In 2020, we'll surpassed $500,000,000 in real estate sold throughout our tenure, with 2017, 2018, and 2019 accounting for nearly $200,000,000 of that total.
