Faith in Families is a children's charity and voluntary adoption agency based in Nottingham and working throughout the East Midlands. The charity believes that by working together with individuals, couples, families, schools and communities it can enable the most vulnerable children in our society to reach their full potential. Adopt Together is Faith in Families Adoption Service - the service recruits, prepares, approves and supports individuals and couples on their adoption journey; ensuring they have both the emotional and professional support they need now and in the future. Adopt Together received the commendation of Outstanding in its recent inspection by OFSTED. The charity also offers bespoke Training and Consultancy Services and delivers a School Social Work Service which works with children, young people, families and teachers throughout the East Midlands. Faith in Families is also one of the lead organizations of The Triangle Project, a project using creative practice to secure permanency, including: Fostering with a view to Adoption and Concurrent Planning.
