GEO Next Generation High School, a free 9-12 public charter school, opened its doors in 2019. Beginning with 9th grade, GEO Next Gen HS is adding a grade each year up to12th grade. GEO's College Immersion model, students are able to take free college courses on a college campus for college credits, while simultaneously earning a high school diploma. GEO Next Generation High School is part of a network of high-quality charter schools managed by GEO Academies.It joins GEO Prep Academy and GEO Prep Mid-City, both K-8 schools, and demonstrates GEO's commitment to delivering a high-quality K-12 learning experience to parents and students in the Baton Rouge community.
