WITHOUT the stress, hassle, spiralling costs, conflicts & compromises that often plague self-build projects.Kiss House was founded in 2017 (by Adrian James of Adrian James Architects, Mike Jacob & Carli Jordan of Trunk Low Energy Building / Trunk CLT, & Sally Godber & Mike Roe of Warm Low Energy Building) to provide a stress free route to self and custom building via an all inclusive service. We take care of everything including planning, groundworks and full fit-out and we do it all with cost certainty / at a fixed price.We are dedicated to creating living spaces that are fabulous to live in. We use natural materials wherever possible. Our homes are Passivhaus certified because Passivhaus is the world's foremost comfort and environmental building standard which means you are guaranteed maximum comfort.Kiss House occupies the sweet spot between one-off / bespoke housing and repeatable housing. It's available with two to five bedrooms and has a range of customisable exterior and interior elements that enable you to make it your own. As a team we've spent years delivering some of the UK's best buildings including many award winning bespoke homes. These have been great projects to work on however every one-off home is a prototype meaning it is not efficient and carries uncertainty that can result in significant stress. It also makes self-building too risky and expensive for many people. Kiss House is our answer.
