Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA) represents the interests of more than 200,000 children and their families. We are the peak organisation promoting the voice of parents in quality early childhood education for Victorian children. ELAA provides support and resources relating to governance, management and community participation in line with Vision 2011, our vision for the strategic development of early childhood education. ELAA members include over 1100 early education and care providers such as independent kindergartens, cluster managers, long day care services and local governments.
