OUR BACKGROUND: Face to Face Training Services was founded in September 2011, with the sole purpose of delivering quality training and assessment services to the Business, Health and Safety, Civil and General Construction industries. OUR MISSION: Face To Face Training Services is committed to active, reflective & creative learning. We believe learning is maximized when it takes place in the learners own environment with the support & encouragement of their employer. We celebrate the pursuit of lifelong learning and are committed to nurturing high self-esteem and respect for others. We believe that everyone can learn to become better thinkers and independent leaders in their field. THE FACE TO FACE DIFFERENCE: Our Face To Face approach allows us to design and develop Training Programs that best suits you! Face to Face Training Services works with our clients to meet their individual needs. We pride ourselves on teaching what is important to you. We familiarise ourselves with our customer's policies and procedures and build them into our training to ensure that our training encompasses our customer's core values, while ensuring all of our core values are being met. Face To Face trainers know the individual case load of all students, employers, workplaces and their working history - hence our training is customised for the individual. Face To Face pride themselves on teaching what is important to workers, employers and the industry. Our trainers conduct monthly on-site visits one on one with each student, hence they are not required to attend classroom training that is irrelevant. Training is conducted on the job with the individual. This creates better outcomes for workers and employers. We are proud and humble to have the opportunity to have positive impacts on both a personal and business level. We look forward to continuing to grow our relationships within the industry.
