Modern Çikolata was established by Tayyar Investment with €50-million investment in Karaman, Turkey in 2015 With operations across 80 countries, Modern Çikolata has a 140,000-ton annual production capacity and employs 900 people in two production facilities (80,000 sqm outdoor and 45,000 sqm indoor area). The company has more than 300 SKUs under seven main categories: biscuits, chocolates, chocolate-coated products, cakes, crackers, wafers and cream chocolate under the its main brand, Aldiva. Modern Çikolata has equipped with state-of-the-art technology and machinery to achieve its high production capacity, which is also helped by the company's international presence, innovative approach and creativity.
