Rapid growth, speed, and continuation of technological advancement are changing the procedures of functionality and maintenance by involving technologies like Blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning, progressive mining facilities, and more. With primary shift, we are transforming our business model and structure with recent advanced technology for the efficiency it brings. In line with the current state of industry, MGL Caelum is establishing a business complex which will be a combination of valuable resources and advanced technology. We are planning to implement six synergetic groups of projects in Mongolia. They are power plant, industrial complex, crypto farm, AI driven data center, smart supply chain and blockchain based commodity trading platform projects. To develop these six group projects, we aim to raise a total of $400 million through the IEO. $50 million will be raised through the IEO in Mongolia and remaining $350 million will be raised in the international markets.
