In 1990, Ca'd'Oro Bakery was founded in Santa Monica, California and originally served as a commissary for the La Scala restaurant group. In 2007, Cadoro expanded by opening a second facility in Inglewood, California. Today, Cadoro Bakery serves the finest bread and other baked goods to over 200 restaurants, hotels, and catering companies in the Southern California market. Our bread is baked fresh daily and contains no preservatives.
