URBO is a one-of-a kind 26,000 square foot culinary destination that is a celebration of New York City in look, sound and feel. Urbo Kitchens, our first floor dining destination, has twin kitchens flanking the restaurant: a dramatic open-flame grill and a sublime raw seafood bar. Both are bordered by beautiful Calacatta marble countertops, for those who want to watch the artists at work. And if you prefer leather banquettes, diner-style highchairs or traditional table seating, the Kitchens offers all this with elegant Modern American cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Urbo Grind is a coffee house serving refreshing, gourmet coffees, teas, house-baked breads and pastries. Also on the first floor is Urbo Supply a retail shop with artisanal food products and culinary-themed items. Urbo Loft is inspired by the rooftop gardens of New York City. Enter up the wood spiral staircase into a full-size gazebo. Or come up the glass elevator and discover a 24-foot wide indoor fire escape overlooking the parquet dance floor. Streams of festoon lamps highlight your airspace overhead. On the south side of the loft are three unique private and semi-private areas, The Vault, The Solarium, and The Skylight. Each offers a different experience for meetings, dinners or social occasions. With its highly modular design, the Loft hosts all types of events ranging from a small group to a 1,000 guest fete. And unlike a rooftop garden, your event at the Loft will never be canceled for rain! Bar URBO is the second floor bar and lounge offering a sophisticated cocktail program, craft beer on draft and wine, as well as an eclectic food menu.
