We do this by leveraging our personal experience, health care expertise and deployment and optimization of proprietary technologies to improve population health, patient experience, team well-being, and reducing overall costs to the health system. Right Resources, Right Experience - Level's key leaders have been in healthcare services since 2012 and have learned first hand some of the challenges of the early care coordination services adaptors. We have identified the most common reasons for low patient engagement and patient dissatisfaction. We are one of the few services firms in the Care Coordination Services industry with leaders who have advised, developed, and implemented strategies. Community Outreach – Level's founders have been involved and are integrated into underserved communities through various relationships. We leverage our prior community associations with community programs and Community Health Worker resources to help our clients support patients on all front.
