EPST provides selection services and airline pilot training.The selection tool (COMPASS) exists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The test can be done in-house, the results are available instantly via an online connection.Airline pilots are selected and trained. The basic training is done by two experienced quality Flight Training organizations, the advanced training (multi-crew) is done in-house.
