Performance Additives has searched the globe to establish collaborative relationships with our manufacturing partners in China, France, Korea, Malaysia, and here in the United States of America. Performance Additives was built with the understanding that there are innovative technologies around the world and North America can be more competitive by gaining access to these technologies. With that in mind, we have taken a focus on 3 main factors to best support our customers: 1. Strong Customer Support Team - Without a strong customer service backbone, no company can be successful. We pride ourselves on doing whatever it takes to keep our customers supplied with raw material, current with updated industry technology, and happy with our service. 2. Experienced Technical Support Team - Our team has decades of experience in the plastics industry and a technical lab based in Johnson City, TN. We look forward to projects of all sizes to help push our customers and the industry in a forward direction! 3. Robust Logistics Network - With warehouses established around the USA and a team of professionals across the globe, Performance Additives is comfortable handling all challenges of getting material to the North American market. This includes ocean transit, over the road freight, dealing with customs and duties, and any other aspects of getting material to our customer.
