Providing the perfect experience to the premium casual market with high quality grass fed beef raised on the Pampas. The menu is focused on well sourced quality produce, freshly made everyday and delivered with great style & hospitality. Presently we have 14 restaurants with a further a further 5 to open by the end of 2015. Further expansion across the UK and internationally planned for 2016. A really strong culture runs through the group supported by only a small operations team to keep a family ethos. Training is at the heart of everything we do and we believe that some of the best opportunities to grow for team members and managers can be found with CAU. With our expansion plans we are constantly on the look out for our new wave of super stars that will take CAU into 2016.
