Allegiance Ability Assistance is a family owned Home Health Care company that has been assisting individuals with health care needs since 2009. We provide professional and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Homemaking services that are always personalized and tailored to our clients' needs. Our office is located in St.Paul, and is conveniently one block from the Green Line Light Rail as well as being on the same street as the bus stop.As a client, you will have the option to either bring in your own personal PCAs, or we will assign our PCAs to work with you. We match many PCAs with our clients with both our clients' and PCAs' preferences in mind.
