Cheeky's, Birba and Alcazar are based in the north end of Palm Springs while Mr. Lyons is the newest addition to the south end. We're three restaurants and a hotel— and an incomparable experience.Owned by local chef, restaurateur and hotelier Tara Lazar, Foundation 10 is an adventurous group.
