We are based out of Tacoma and Bellevue, but purchase homes all over the Puget Sound region, specializing in Tacoma, Seattle, and Bellevue. We buy every type of home out there, from light cosmetic fixers to hoarder homes. We've seen it all, and no project or property scares us!We don't purchase every home we see as we believe it has to make sense for both parties to get a deal done.
