What Is Redacture?Redacture is a secure online redaction tool that is designed to be a fast and cost-effective way to redact documents.Recature members have their own secure, password protected, account to upload the documents they are redacting. After the you have logged onto your Redacture Account, redacting is a three step process:1) Upload the document/s you want to redact to your Account.2) Select the document to be redacted and use the mouse to draw black boxes over the areas you want redacted.3) Save your Redacted Copy to your computer. This will be in PDF Format.Once you have your saved Redacted Copy, it is ready to be printed, emailed, or shared. For the security of your Redacted Copy, when you use Redacture, all redacted areas of your document are deleted from the saved copy. This prevents you from needing to encrypt the document. It also prevents others from being able to pull up the text you redacted.
