Like my partners in crime, at HBR, I do a bit of everything: - Writing, Rehearsing & Performing (believe it or not, only about half the work - the half that makes it all worthwhile) - Managing Merchandise & Vendors - Updating & Contacting Mailing List - Driving & Maintaining Tour Bus - Making Booking Decisions (where to go when) - Making Business Decisions (who to hire, how to publicize shows, etc.) - Taking care of the 'group mind' (dealing with the inevitable friction before it undermines the music)
