Like my partners in crime, at HBR, I do a bit of everything:- Writing, Rehearsing & Performing (believe it or not, only about half the work - the half that makes it all worthwhile)- Managing Merchandise & Vendors- Updating & Contacting Mailing List- Driving & Maintaining Tour Bus- Making Booking Decisions (where to go when)- Making Business Decisions (who to hire, how to publicize shows, etc.)- Taking care of the 'group mind' (dealing with the inevitable friction before it undermines the music)
