Unlike most of our competitors, our founders were direct marketers first and then expanded into the administration space, whereas most administrators started in the dealership space and then expanded into the direct marketing arena. Our plans are easy to read and don't have the same "scary" restrictive language like many of our competitors do in their contracts. We also have numerous different benefits such as first day rental, the highest limits of liability in the industry, and we are fully insured by Wesco Insurance Company (a subsidiary of AmTrust) which has an "A" rating with the AM Best Index. We also truly believe in customer service. Unlike many other administrators who don't communicate with customers during the claims filing process, we actually pick up the phone and give your customer a call when they have a claim. And, if we have to deny the claim, we try to work the situation out with the customer directly to resolve the issue in their favor - not pass the buck on to our call center partners. At CarGuard, we believe our relationship with our clients is truly a partnership, and we treat our partners with respect and offer the best possible client service. We are also one of the only administrators that has a customer exclusivity clause in our direct marketing agreements that states that your customer is YOUR customer. Our rates are excellent as well.
