HCM Unlocked was founded specifically to help organizations and HCM sales professionals implement and utilize HCM software platforms more effectively. Many of our seasoned employees have either worked in sales, as Solution Consultants or in implementation, so they know firsthand how difficult this process can be. Our team brings consulting expertise to serve as a "client-side" resource to eliminate any roadblocks between a signed sales order and a first payroll process. Software implementation is a full-time job, so why ask clients to strain internal resources, especially if it isn't their core competency?After implementation our job is to ensure our clients receive the maximum value from their technology investment. Our managed services offering allows clients to create a competitive advantage by leveraging a virtual specialized workforce to optimize technology and reduce fixed labor costs. Our most popular services are Managed Payroll, Managed HR Administration, and Managed Benefits Administration. We believe in trusting and empowering our employees. Each member of our team came with the belief that there is a better way, many having left the comfort of larger national organizations where forward thinking was not part of their culture and change was slow.
