We are a membership community and consultancy that walks with you in your journey of leadership. We support countless leaders who want to continually learn, grow, and invest in themselves and those they employ. In 2013, we developed the concepts, models, and strategies of "Becoming A Talent Magnet™."​ This has led to conversations with leaders and organizations to help them elevate their people and leadership practices. We ultimately found that leaders need to learn and grow in a community of support. Including enhancement to areas such as employee life-cycle, corporate culture, talent supply, employee development, employment branding that attract and retain the best people, ideas and customers. It also led our founder to a keynote presentation in Tempe, Arizona in the first quarter of 2014 and now we have presented this to thousands of leaders in businesses and industry organizations. It resonates with those who desire to lead well in their organizations and know they need to invest in best practices to put themselves in a position of strength. This is what ultimately inspired us to create the Talent Magnet brand and led to the creation of the Talent Magnet Institute® and "Becoming A Talent Magnet™"​ now assisting leaders and organizations from all over the world. The Talent Magnet Institute® provides leaders with tools, resources, and support to develop a holistic approach to leadership. Through the Institute, leaders learn how to develop their people, attract and retain key talent, develop healthy corporate cultures, and elevate their organization's success. Expert strategies, executive coaching, and proactive leadership alignment will move leaders toward Becoming a Talent Magnet™.We also launched the Talent Magnet Institute® Podcast in early 2018. In its first 45 days, it was listened to by leaders in 28 countries - now heard by over 46,000 leaders worldwide.
