Sustainable Facility Solutions Zam Energy provides customers with sustainable facility solutions that maximize energy cost savings, while significantly reducing energy consumption. We offer combined heat and power, solar development and energy-efficient products and services for new and existing lighting system and update it with the latest lighting technology to make it more energy efficient, while yielding significant cost savings. We often look first for energy efficient upgrade, and pair when financially sound renewable energy development. Typically our solar projects are under 2 MW, where we provide full asset management and full financial ownership. Our clean energy infrastructure services incorporate electric vehicle charging, fleet infrastructure charging, network charging, and energy efficiency services. With partners we provide 1st in class asset management services developed over a 25+ year period. It is an automated system that offers monthly billing, accounting, SREC minting/selling/tracking, operations/maintenance, monitoring management, tax compliance/property tax management, production monitoring and forecasting. Teamed with a strategic partner we have well over 100 solar facilities nationwide that we are responsible for and are in deep negotiation with large portfolio owners (banks & utilities).
