We are independently held - We aren’t part of the World’s Largest Agency Holding Company, in fact we aren’t held by anyone. We know this is rare, but it isn’t an accident. We continue to choose independence because it means freedom. We are both large and small - We are BIG ENOUGH to handle whatever the market throws at us, but not SO BIG that things feel impersonal. We gauge success in smiles per sq. ft. - We could say we put the end users of the things we design “at the heart” of everything we do. Which we do, but that doesn’t quite cut it.
