OO guarantees the high quality of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil via chemical analyses and certifications. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced directly from quality olives, only by mechanical methods and is strictly : i) with a guaranteed acidity of < 0,5% in glass bottles and a guaranteed acidity of <0,8% in plastic bottles.ii) without any mixing with aromatics, chemical substances or any other types of oil.iii) this year ‘s crop. (After January 2013. Crop period is from November – January).Our purpose and effort is to make world famous the excellent quality of Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil, trying also to achieve the best prices we can. Working according to the national standards of food safety, we are HACCP certificated.
