We have 3 welded pipe mills SSAW which its the production capacity can go up to 80.000 tons per year; In case of running 3 shifts since year 2007.2. Pipe coating facilities has put into service in 2006 and innitated making necesarry coating and linnings for both WELDED / SEAMLESS steel pipes of in our Sekerpinari-Gebze / Izmit facilities. Our coating units are suitable for making PE, FBE, EPOXY, BITUMEN internal coating with bitumen, coal tar epoxy and external coating. This Isolation application can be done an average annual production capacity of 300.000 mtons.3. BORDEM have a annual sales capacity of 15.000 - 20.000 mtons of seamless carbon steel pipes per annual4.
