Delta Partnership is a highly regarded international development consultancy firm offering bespoke solutions for better public service delivery. We work to maximize the value and benefit of development funds with the overall aim to improve the lives of the poorest populations. Established in 2000 and operating primarily in the UK, East Africa and the Caribbean, we have a steadily growing turnover currently standing at £1.5 million per year. We are a growing company with seven full-time members of staff, and around 30 highly experienced associate consultants contracted at any one time. In order to respond to opportunities effectively and efficiently we regularly work with an established group of strategic regional and specialist partner organisations. We currently have a permanent presence in the UK, Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia. The Delta team provides a range of expertise that spans public sector reform, organisational development and public service delivery. This covers project design and management, evidence based policy making, management systems, harmonised strategy and planning, accountability to citizens, integrated performance management and change management. However the vast array of skills that our collection of associate consultants possess mean we are able to respond to a wide variety of opportunities.
