CrossFit focuses on constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement. We concentrate on movements that are natural, effective, and efficient loco motors of body and external objects. CrossFit is preparation for life's random physical challenges - i.e., unknown and unknowable events.CrossFit Del Mar is a supporter of America's Wounded Warriors. We are a proud supporter of the USMC Wounded Warrior Regiment and have provided free services since 2011 to these heroes.
