WHO ARE WE?Drawing on our extensive experience as support workers in the Youth and Disabilities sector, we, Matthew Aubry and Fernando Berghella offer support services through a shared vision to offer our clients a wider range of staff and services, accommodating a larger geographical area and experience in a greater number of conditions and situations.WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? Our mission is to offer participants the support they need in an enjoyable and empowering way while being respectful to them and their families. To do this, we focus our recruitment efforts on hiring and continuously coaching and upskilling youthful support workers who see their work as a vocation rather than a job. We aim to remain boutique in nature even as we grow in capacity and geographical scope, prioritizing reliable, consistent, and personal relationships that provide mentorship over-rapid expansion that undermines our quality objectives.WHAT IS OUR VISION?Our vision is two-fold: for participants and their families to have access to the most suitable support workers for their needs and to create large multi-purpose activity centers offering respite and stimulation for young people with differences. These revolutionary hubs are a longer-term goal towards which we are working every day, guided by the needs we have identified in our interactions as support workers and affirmed in our discussions with clients who suffer from the absence of such facilities in the community.
