CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that uses functional movements, which are constantly varied and performed at high intensity.The movements are universally scalable, so people of all abilities can join! We will have general group classes, beginner classes, mom and dad classes where you can bring your kids, and specialty classes like rowing conditioning classes, and critical alignment therapy yoga. In the near future we will have a run club, olympic lifting classes, advanced CrossFit classes, mobility classes, and CrossFit "lite" classes for masters/seniors or anyone that needs a more gentle approach to CrossFit.
